Also car was owned by Harold E. Fischer a Korean war Ace of note. It is a Euro Car. As for any Mods I have been told they were done out side of the factory. Items on my Certificate that I am told make it a Police car are: Tandem inside Mirror, Seat Frame and Frame Reinforcement, 2 Diagonal Torso Belts.
