C-K 68-6603-G 204 M Michael Dillard Oregon USA My 1967 912 has been in our family for 40 years. I've owned it since 1985 when I bought it for $5,000 from my dad. I'm the third owner. My dad bought it in southern California in 1970 from a woman who drove it out from Dallas Texas to LA. I had the body stripped down to metal and repainted (original color) in 1986 and since then have used ii mostly as a weekend car. In the late '90 the engine we rebuilt. During the last 10 yrs. I've driven it less than a thousand miles a year. While I've never "restored" the car as such, both my dad and I have taken good care of it. But in the next few years I would like to undertake some "restoration" work to get her looking closer to new. I also think it would be fun to attend some of the registry events to see what others have done to restore their 912s. Still original blue, used for touring; Interests: Events, Touring, Technical, Restoration, Show
