Just recently bought the car (8/00) from 3rd owner; my first Porsche & I love it. Have records going back to '89. Would classify this as a mid-condition car, but it runs quite well & is driven often. Plan to completely restore over time & own for many years to come. A very early '68. Interestingly, it appears to have been built before the '68 US safety specs called for soft knob covers & the break-away rear-view mirror, as these are not present in this car.

Although frustrated, this owner continued to prepare the car for concours events. In 1998, when Senate Bill 24 passed & all pre-'72 cars became exempt from smog-certificat laws, he happily purchased personalized plates for the well-cared for car. It now is ours, always covered & in it's familiar garage home, sporting it's GR PLUTR monicur. We love it & continue to care for it in keeping with it's history.
