  André and Karen Francois   Netherlands

The car was built December 13, 1968 and was sold by Porsche Car Pacific Inc. February 28, 1969.  It came to Holland in 1999 and I own it now for two years [2007]. 912 Targa LWB , org engine no. 4094504 still in place mileage 110.000 miles colour Burgundy red 9354 rear window imported by Porsche Car Pacific Inc. first registry February 28, 1969 Our registry in Holland is quite active and they have a nice forum, in Dutch which is a pity for you. look at www.912registry.nl than "mijn 912" than "de 912 van André en Karen". first (1) you see a few photos of the 912 during classic rallies last yeasr. The paint looks nice from a distance, but blistering became worse and we had it sanded down and resprayed in Burgundy red again to stop corrosion etc. these photos you find under (2). The white coupé vin 12802672 we finally sold to a friend in our village, two 912 was too much, because we have also a few Porsche diesel tractors Interested?, they are rare in the States I believe, so I add some photos. Rick, have a nice day and thanks for your work.
