Suits us just fine just the way it is. We found this car in very good original condition at the Dunkel Brothers' Swap Meet in February '03. The car was purchased new at Vasek Polak’s dealership in Hermosa Beach, CA. It is the 10th from last produced. Due to a fender-bender accident in 1986, the car was repainted in Talbot Yellow at his dealership. The original owner passed away in 1987 and his wife sold the car back to Polak and it was put on the lot. It was purchased there by a person from New York who had travelled to California in '89 and was shipped to his home. He didn’t care for the power as compared to his other 6 cylinder Porsches and he put the car in storage. I bought the car out of storage in 1997, had all the mechanics rebuilt and have been enjoying it ever since. Still absolutely rust free, I have had the mechanics totally rebuilt: engine, carbs, clutch, 5-spd, brakes, calipers, etc. Drives like new Photo 2
