We are now ready to open the event registration!

Registration for each driver is $195.  Registration includes food and two drink tickets for Thursday’s Welcome Party at the hotel, admission to James Madison’s Montpelier as part of Friday’s drive, all food and non-alcoholic beverages at Saturday’s dinner banquet, event swag, including a commemorative Yeti tumbler, all drives, awards, the tech session with Tim Berardelli, and more.   For anyone bringing a co-pilot or passenger, the registration fee is $150.

For those arriving early, we’ll offer an optional drive on Thursday, October 13, along historic route 5 east of Richmond on our way to Jamestown Settlement, the birthplace of America where the first settlers landed in 1607 (don’t believe what you may hear from our friends in Plymouth, MA – the first settlers landed in VIRGINIA!).  We’ve arranged for tour passes at the museum and visitors center, and lunch in the cafe for those who plan to participate.

At Jamestown Settlement, we’ll be able to explore what life was like in the original fort for the first settlers, and we’ll even be able to board replica ships on the James River!  This special event will be an additional charge beyond the registration fee.  Click Here for The Jamestown Settlement. Thursday evening, we’ll have our traditional welcome party at the hotel, with a local food truck.

On Friday, as part of our planned drive, we’ve arranged for grounds passes at Montpelier in Orange, VA, the home of Virginia native James Madison, fourth President of the United States and father of the Constitution, and his wife Dolly. Click Here for James Madison’s Montpelier.

Friday afternoon, we’ll welcome back Tim Berardelli who’ll provide an informative tech session at the hotel.  Friday evening, we’ve planned an optional drive and dinner at historic Tanglewood Ordinary, a 1928 log cabin that’s on the National Register of Historic Places.  The family-style meals at Tanglewood are affectionately referred to as “Grandmother’s Sunday Dinner”, so come hungry and ready to eat Southern classic country cooking.

Friday’s optional dinner also will be an additional charge beyond the registration fee. Click Here for Tanglewood Ordinary.  We’ll provide a list of nearby restaurants for any attendees wishing to make other dining plans on their own Friday evening.

Saturday morning we’ll have our annual car show on the grounds of the Goochland Farmers’ Market before heading out for another drive with lunch along the way.  Saturday evening will be our closing banquet and awards ceremony at Maggiano’s Little Italy in close-by Short Pump Town Center.

This is sure to be a fun-filled event, and we hope to see you all there.  Registration will close on August 31.  Please complete your registration using the link below, and feel free to reach out to us with any questions or dietary restrictions.
